Consortium executes complex engineering of steel plants, engineering services and design of enterprises and objects of metallurgical works in Ukraine and abroad.

We design projects of construction and reconstruction of sinter plants, blast-furnace ovens and shops, steel-smelting units and shops, steel-rolling and pipe-rolling shops, mechanization of manufacturing processes and also projects of electric illumination, devices and facilities for freight transportation, power, heat and gas supply.

Enterprises entering into the Consortium are the leaders in Ukraine and CIS countries in the areas of design of building, reconstruction and technical reequipment of existing industrial enterprises and industrial objects of mining and steel complex, machine-building and other branches; creation of new manufactures, technologies and processes; industrial ecology, energy saving, cooling of metallurgical units, usage of recycled resources, metal production finishing, waste utilization.

Our specialized science-technical centre makes efficient systems and installations on protection of air and water basins for steel enterprises and realization of mechanisms of Kyoto protocol at the enterprises of mine and steel complex of Ukraine.

Consortium partners design and manufacture unique mills which operate at the plants of heavy machine building, shipbuilding, steel, power and transport machine-building. They are heavy turning lathes, face-plate lathes, roll-turning machines and deep-boring machines; and also mills for machining of axes and wheels of railway transport. Having modern casting, welding and mechanical assembly production, and also equipment for thermal treatment, coverage, control and testing, qualified technical and operational personnel, specialized enterprises of the Consortium also manufacture adjustage, precision, rolling and press-forging equipment.

Consortium “Ukrindustry” offers its Customers full set of services – starting from design up to equipment and spares supply, also provides author supervision, service maintenance and modernization of earlier supplied equipment. Besides, we manufacture spare parts to mills, large dimension welded details, iron and non-ferrous castings.

At our enterprises special casted and forged products of individual and small-batch production for heavy, energetic and transport machine-building, steel, cement, mining and other branches of Ukraine industry, near and far foreign countries, are produced.

We have most large capacity electrical steel melting units in CIS countries, and also qualified personnel capable to produce complex casting.
