The Indian state-owned company NMDC produced the first commercial batch of hot-rolled coils at a steel plant in Nagarnar in the state of Chhattisgarh

The 2nd coke oven battery and the 2nd CDQ were launched at the NMDC steel plant in c.Nagarnar. The complex of 2 coke oven batteries and 2 CDQs is fully operational.

Work on the reconstruction of the foundations of COB 7 and 8 BSP is in full swing:

Commissioning of the CDCP for COB 5 VSP.

Commissioning of COB 5 VSP

Received Final Acceptance Certificate ( FAC ) for COB 11 BSP (Package 001- SE -01).
Construction of the facility was fully completed on November 19, 2019.

Received Final Acceptance Certificate ( FAC ) for the contract for the supply of 2 sets of coke machines for COB 3 RSP (Package 01). Deliveries and services were fully completed as of May 23, 2019.

Execution of factor-wise analysis of operation of the Blast Furnace and elaboration of recommendations on the basis of initial data, collected during the visit, and submission of Techno-commercial offer for execution of works aimed at improvement of operational as well as technical and economic performance of the blast furnace.

Departure of the CUI technical delegation to the Jindal iron and steel plant Steel & Power Limited in Angul, Odisha, India for a preliminary analysis of the operation of India's largest blast furnace with a volume of 4554 m3.

Successfully demonstrated guarantee parameters for COB No.3 RSP and PG certificate is received on 09.02.2019.

The guaranteed operational parameters of the CDCP for COB 11 BSP were successfully demonstrated to the Customer.

Coke Battery No. 11 BSP achieved its design operating characteristics. The guaranteed battery performance parameters were successfully demonstrated to the Customer.

Received Final Acceptance Certificate ( FAC ) for COB 11 IISCO (Package 02).
The construction of the facility was fully completed on 03.04.2018.

Commissioning Certificate for COB No. 3 RSP (Package 01) was obtained

Conclusion of an agreement for COB 7.8 (Package 4) BSP

Final Acceptance Certificate ( FAC ) for COB 5 BSP (Package-1) has been received.

The construction of the facility was fully completed on February 3, 2012

At the end of the year, the Consortium “Ukrindustry” entered the TOP of the League of the Best Enterprises of Ukraine.

 

 

 

 

Departure of the CUI technical delegation to the Jindal plant Steel & Power Limited in Raigarh and work at Blast Furnace No. 2 in the period 07.20-23.2015 in order to assess the possibilities of increasing the technical and economic indicators of State Blast Furnace No. 2 with a volume of 1681 м3, operating on high-alumina charge.

CUI technical team prepared a preliminary report along with recommendations for improving the technical and economic indicators of GP No. 2

The commissioning of the CDQ for COB 11 BSP took place.

Temperature of loaded coke – 1050°C
Temperature of extinguished coke – <200°C
Coke quenching time in the chamber is 2-2.5 hours

Consortium “Ukrindustry” was recognized as Exporter of the Year 2014 according to the rating of the Scientific Information Center for Statistical Research, the Editorial Board of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the International Rating Union of National Business Ratings.

 

Commissioning of COB 11 BSP.

Consortium “Ukrindustry” has successfully commissioned CDCP for Coke Battery No. 6 of Rourkela Steel Mill, Rourkela , India.

Consortium “Ukrindustry” took first place in the ranking of enterprises in the city of Kiev in terms of financial and economic activity indicators: "Indicators of efficient use of resources" and was awarded the National Certificate and the title "LEADER OF THE INDUSTRY 2014 ".

 

 

The consortium has successfully commissioned CDCP for Coke Battery No. 11 of the IISCO Steel Plant, c.Burnpur, India.

The training of Indian specialists from the Rourkela Iron and Steel Works has been completed under the project for the construction of a CDCP for Coke Battery No. 6, which took place at PJSC Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works, Alchevsk , Ukraine.

The consortium has successfully commissioned coke oven battery No. 11 at IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur, India.

Object parameters:
Capacity – 881,400 tons of gross coke per year.
Battery height – 7m.
Number of ovens – 74
Volume of coke oven – 41.3 m3
Coking time – 17 hours
Number of coke pushings per day – 104 ovens.

The training of Indian specialists from the IISCO metallurgical plant has been completed as part of the project for the construction of Coke Battery No. 11, which took place at the Altai-Koks coke plant, Zarinsk, Russia.

An agreement was concluded for the provision of services in the preventive repair of coke ovens batteries using the ceramic welding method at the iron and steel plant in Handan, China.

The consortium successfully completed the hot start-up of the Coke Battery No. 6 at Rourkela Steel Mill, Rourkela , India.

Consortium “Ukrindustry” successfully completed hot start of the coke oven complex batteries No. 11 together with CDCP at IISCO steel plant, c.Burnpur, India.

International consortium consisting of companies Bhilai Engineering Corporation ( India ), Giprokoks ( Kharkiv ) and the Consortium “Ukrindustry” ( Kyiv ) won the tender for the construction of a coke complex at the metallurgical plant factory company National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC, India ), which will include _ two coke batteries With general power about 1.763 million tons of coke per year and the production of blast furnace coke in the amount of 1.551 million tons/ year together with a coal tower with a capacity of 4 thousand tons and a dry coke quenching unit (CDQ).

Participation of the Chairman of the Board of the Consortium “Ukrindustry” as part of a delegation of representatives of the Ukrainian business community during the official visit of the President of Ukraine to Japan. Within the framework of which the following took place:
January 18 – Ukrainian-Japanese business forum with the participation of the President of Ukraine, organized jointly with the Japanese Business Federation KEIDANREN .
